Fabbri 1905: a "Universe of Sweetness" at Sigep 2020

For the 41st International Trade Show of Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and the Coffee, Fabbri 1905 presents itself in great style with a space of 1000 m2 set-up by Stipa S.p.A. and designed by Claudio Ticca studio.
Sigep is the world most important trade fair in the sector; that’s why careful space design and clear visual communication are essential to welcome the 200,000 visitors.
The large "white and blue" area, as Fabbri tradition, it’s even more impressive this year: around 1000 SQM divided into three universes: Ice cream, Pastry and Beverage with a special corner entirely dedicated to Amarena Fabbri.
A space characterized by many windows and perimeter benches, a paradise for the palate where the public was able to taste the novelties designed to combine those seeking health and lightness and those who want to satisfy their senses; products that have as common denominators: quality of ingredients, sustainability of processes and attention to the needs of those suffering from food intolerances.
The elegant walls covered with special fabrics frame the internal arena, designed to accommodate professionals in a comfortable space for listening and discussion.
Fabbri 1905 also brings the Fabbri Master Class Training School to Sigep with lessons of the highest level, with a "temporary school" for pastry chefs in a special space of 160 square meters which hosted a dense calendar of events.
For many years Stipa S.p.A. has been working together with Fabbri 1905 in the most important food tradefairs, creating high-quality booths as a response to market trends.
