Host Milano celebrates the global HO.RE.CA. boom, check out the best booths!
Oct. 28, 2019
The 41st edition of HostMilano, the world's leading hospitality event, organized by Fiera Milano, closed last week with strong growth figures: 2,250 exhibitors from 171 countries and over 200.000 visitors in five days (+ 8% compared to 2017).
Beyond the figures, HostMilano is confirmed as the appointment that shows lots of previews of technological innovation and that anticipates trends and styles in HO.RE.CA., thanks to the numerous innovations presented by Italian and International exhibitors which 'tell' how products respond to users' wishes through design booths.
Host 2019 is also a unique opportunity to share expertise and experience, thanks to a schedule of over 800 high-profile events dedicated to training and information on topics such as sustainability or 4.0 technologies: artificial intelligence or 'Internet of Things, as well as engaging competitions, demonstrations and show-cooking with star chefs, experts and masters of the various disciplines.
Also for Stipa S.p.A. Host Milano is an appointment of great commitment and satisfaction, with 15 booths designed and set up of different business sectors.
Fabbri 1905, presented its novelties through two delicious islands: " Ice cream & pastry" (Pavilion 6) and "Beverage" (Pavilion 18).
The first is a four sides open space with two laboratories and shop windows where the great classics - such as the timeless Amarena Fabbri jar - coexist with new products such as Simplé Aloe.
The "Beverage" island condenses a small universe of drinking, divided into 2 hemispheres: the island bar of the day, which includes Coffee Specialties and Cold Drinks; the island-bar of the night, animated by the Italian Aperitif drinks, by the “Cocktails by Fabbri” - including an alcohol-free selection - and by the amazing Molecular Cocktails.
Great show also in the impressive stand of Olis and Baron and in the curated space of Eloma (all brands of Ali Group) where, through fascinating show cooking, the collections of kitchens and professional equipment were presented.
Exhibitors in pavilion 18 have been a godsend, coffee is always a good idea to face such hard days!
The giant poster of Jerry Scotti, and also his presence in some moments of the event, attracted many visitors who were able to test the different blends of Caffè Borbone.
In the adjacent space was presented Didi, a super-compact coffee machine of the Didiesse brand, with a graphic and a slogan that snatched several smiles: "A small machine for man, a great coffee for humanity"
Thousands of coffees have been served in the Caffè Moreno booth, where a large bar counter was the protagonist of an elegant glossy black space that enhances the red of the brand logo and the warmth of the "True Neapolitan espresso"
In pavilion 24 Scotsman Ice told through various shows how an ice cube can be extremely versatile and which type should be used for the different situations.
The vertical surfaces covered in black marble finish with glass inserts reflect the premium positioning of the brand and separate the area dedicated to shows and meetings from the exhibition area of the machinery.
Also very interesting is the Simag booth, a trademark linked to Scotsman Ice, characterized by many elements linked to the Green world: a ledwall depicts a forest, a tree in the center of the stand ideally supports a beautiful wooden hanging.
Worth of visiting also the booths of:
- Ronda, a leading company in the production of stainless steel components for the bar and restaurant industry;
- Pentair which presented many solutions for water treatment;
- Enomatic with its innovative wine tasting systems;
- Macchine Aroma which presented its design collections of coffee machines;
- Evco which provides solutions for the refrigeration, catering and air conditioning sectors;
- Giorgi a company leader in the production of custom-made boilers and steam makers.
The appointment with the next edition of HostMilano is at Fieramilano from 22nd to 26th October 2021, but stay tuned with Stipa to find out more on upcoming fairs in the Food & Beverage world.
