Unigrà presents itself at the International Rimini Show with an area of 1,500 MSQ, set-up by Stipa S.p.A., a special scenario to present Area Unica, the “Food Innovation School”
Innovation, creativity and excellence. These are the ingredients that gave birth to the new special project of Unigrà, an exhibition area practically tripled compared to the previous edition, impeccably set-up by Stipa S.p.A.
A project that embraces the world of Food at 360°, ranging from pastry to bakery, from ice cream to chocolate, to the kitchen, an important showcase to illustrate the news of the different Unigrà brands to the reference business community.
There are many brands of the group represented by dedicated islands: Master Martini, main brand born in 1982 to bring Unigrà's industrial expertise to the artisan market;
GLF, brand dedicated to the artisanal bakery and pastry channel;
Martini Linea Gelato, brand dedicated to the ice cream shop channel;
OraSì, a brand of 100% vegetable products and drinks and Casa Giani, brand of D + F, a Tuscan company purchased last year by Unigrà, which marked the latter's entry into the world of frozen bakery and pastry;
Olfood, a brand that produces oils and fats, acquired by Unigrà in 2019.
The next edition of Sigep is scheduled for January 16-20, 2021
